FLX Athlete Retreat is an athlete focused wellness and recovery center located in Ithaca, NY. Though we focus on athletes our patients also include pregnant women, children, and those seeking to improve their health naturally. Our practice is owned and operated by a doctor of chiropractic and a licensed clinical acupuncturist whose experience and training each bring a unique perspective to the case management and patient care. We also have a highly skilled massage therapists in house, and preferred physical therapist available for referral. Our "no ego" integrative approach keeps what is best for the patient at the fore front of our treatment planning.
